RPF

Reality Pacesetter Foundation operates as a non-profit organization. The Organization focuses on inspiring people regardless of their race, gender, and socioeconomic status to take action, empower them to change their world for the better, and connect them so they can achieve more together.

We are dedicated to building generations of young people equipped to become concerned, entrepreneurial, employable, and active citizens, empowered to take responsibility for their own lives and make a difference in their world. We do this by closing gaps in the provision of practical leadership and progression models for people and thus offering a platform that is intended to inspire, motivate, train, mentor and enable people to achieve their goals.

Our Mission Statement

RPF is a humanitarian development organization with the sole aim of:

Educating and inculcating the virtues of integrity and straightforwardness to all levels of people irrespective of nationality, religion or class

Being the brigde of hope to people of diverse needs

Empowering and developing young professionals to achieve their dreams.

Volunteering skills to individuals and corporate bodies

Mentoring through seminars, lectures and workshops

OBJECTIVES

Our Objectives are to:

Redirect the minds and energies of young people in High schools to academic and ultimately professional excellence as the lasting foundation for self-actualization and community development

Bridge the mentorship gaps between the older and younger generations through education, capacity building, skill acquisition and control of common problems with emphasis on public enlightenment

Promote scholarship, entrepreneurship development for people through the provision of skills, enhancing learning and educational initiatives, systems and institutions

2019 – 2020


  • August 05, 2020 – TIN issued
  • April 12, 2020 - Date: Started Lockdown relief (reading) reward groups with 230 participants for literacy teaching and learning in the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
  • January 31 – Feb 02, 2020: 1st Quarter Tripartite Skills Acquisition Training Program (Uyo) – 120 participants.
  • January 26 – 29, 2020: 1st Quarter Tripartite Skills Acquisition Training Program (Eket) – 100 participants
  • January 02, 2020: Incorporated - CAC
  • August 03, 2019: Team visited Stella Obasanjo Orphanage, Abeokuta; Donated gifts.
  • August 03, 2019: Team Visited Banner of Hope; Orphanage Empowered orphans with soft-skills (Creative and Fine Arts; Spoken word exhibition) and donated gifts to orphanage.
  • July 25 – 27, 2019: Organized (in collaboration with CICMCN) a public lecture EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Mentoring and coaching tool for family and workplace development.

2017-2018


  • Inaugurated during founder’s public presentation of ten books on December 15, 2018 with appointment of Board of Trustees by the Board of Directors.
  • Association expanded with appointment and formation of Board of Directors and Coordinators: Dr Clement Obadimu (DG/Founder), Dr. Ochagu Kaka, Mrs. Mrs. Esther Obadimu, Prudence Obadan Enujiofor, Mr. Nicholas Omamuyovwi Umukoro, Ms. Edoama Effiong Dr Owolabi Taoreed Adewale, Ms Edidiong Harrison, and Mr. Emmanuel Akpe among others-

2014 - 2016


  • Organized free lectures, seminars and awards for teachers and students of Calvary Victory Comprehensive Institute Etinan in line with Organization’s dreams and aspirations
  • Supported Bridge of Hope organization to ameliorate low condition of rural women and children: Donated gifts
  • Supported Children Mission International to save street kids and offer support to alleviate hurts of the needy

2012 - 2013


  • Organized free lectures, seminars and workshops for churches, schools and communities in line with Organization’s dreams and aspirations
  • Organized free lectures, seminars and Quiz for Departmental associations and fellowships within and outside AKSU.
  • Extended to Akwa-Ibom State University; registered with Student Affairs as The Great Pacesetters with objectives enshrined in the attached constitution
  • January - April, 2012 - Conceived and Started with Dr Clement O. Obadimu, Mrs. Esther Obadimu as organization to help the needy and give free lectures on attitudinal re-orientation for a better tomorrow.
